Travel program
Day 1 – Arrival in Antananarivo
Day 2 – Guided city tour of Antananarivo including a visit to the Rova Queen's Palace Museum
Day 3 – Drive to Antsirabe with stops in villages and markets
Day 4 – Visit a gemstone shop, drive to Ambositra and visit local craft shops
Day 5 – Drive to Ranomafana through tropical rainforest
Day 6 – Guided hike in Ranomafana National Park
Day 7 – Drive via Fianarantsoa to Ambalavao, visit a traditional paper factory
Day 8 – Visit the Anja Community Reserve to observe ring-tailed lemurs , then drive to Tsaranoro
Day 9 – Guided hike to the "Forêt Sacrée" in the Tsaranoro Valley with insight into local village life
Day 10 – Drive from Tsaranoro via Ihosy to Ranohira
Day 11 – Visit to Isalo National Park (half day, natural pools or Namaza hike)
Day 12 – Drive to Tulear with photo stop at Zombitse Park, then continue to Ifaty
Day 13 – Free morning at Ifaty beach , afternoon visit to Reniala forest and Baobab party
Day 14 – Transfer to Tulear, flight to Antananarivo
Day 15– Free time in Antananarivo until departure
